1. Requirements & Application Review

Describe the application, operating conditions, electrical requirements and target market. Our engineers translate them into a technical brief and confirm feasibility.

2. Engineering Design

Track A - Platform Adaptation (Faster Route)

We adapt a proven battery platform to your specification: capacity, dimensions, terminals and performance tuning. Lower development effort, faster time to market.

Track B - Full Custom Development

For requirements beyond existing platforms, we design the battery from scratch: specification, structure and materials, agreed with you stage by stage.

3. Prototyping & Samples

We build prototype batteries to the approved design and submit samples for your evaluation, together with key test data.

4. Testing & Validation

Samples go through laboratory validation for capacity, cycle life and operating conditions, plus any documentation your market requires. Mass production starts only after your written approval.

5. Mass Production & QC

Production runs under the same quality controls as our own brands, with in-process inspection and final checks before packing.

6. Delivery & Continuous Support

Finished batteries are handed to our logistics and export service. We keep supporting your program with repeat orders, feedback loops and continuous product improvement.
