Battery Export Packaging: The Palletizing Standard

PACKED FOR THE JOURNEY

Every battery order we export travels on a pallet built around one standard - boxed, stacked, separated, terminal-protected and wrapped in five fixed steps. The pallet is the last thing between your batteries and the road, the port and the open sea, so we make it count: a stable, protected load that arrives the way it left our plant.

The same five-step standard applies to every product family we make and every route we ship - full container or consolidated load, by sea, land or rail. Whatever the destination, your batteries leave on a pallet our own export team would sign for.

THE EXPORT PALLET STANDARD

Battery in export carton ready for palletizing

01 Carton Packing

Each battery goes into a corrugated carton sized to the product, with protective inserts where needed - so units stay separated and cartons stack cleanly.

Cartons stacked in layers on a shipping pallet

02 Pallet Stacking

Cartons are stacked on the pallet in a stable, level pattern. Stacking follows a set layout that keeps the load balanced from the bottom layer up.

Non-conductive separator placed between pallet layers

03 Layer Separation

A non-conductive separator sheet goes between every layer, so cartons never sit directly on terminals and no metal parts touch across the load.

Insulating cap protecting battery terminal before packing

04 Terminal Protection

Before the battery is boxed, terminals are covered with insulating caps or protective tape - preventing short circuits during handling, stacking and transit.

Finished pallet stretch-wrapped and secured for export

05 Wrapping & Securing

The completed pallet is stretch-wrapped and secured, holding every layer tightly in place from our loading bay to your warehouse.

WHY WE PALLETIZE THIS WAY

Fewer Damaged Cartons

A stable, protected load moves with less shock and shifting - fewer damaged cartons and fewer claims on arrival.

Smooth Handling & Unloading

Level, wrapped pallets work cleanly with forklifts and container loading at every transfer point, all the way to your warehouse.

The Same Standard on Every Order

A fixed five-step process across product families and order sizes - packaging quality never depends on who packed it or which line it came from.

Protected for Ocean, Land & Rail

Separation and wrapping shield the load from moisture, dust and shifting on sea voyages, road haulage and rail - whatever the route brings.

EU PACKAGING COMPLIANCE (PPWR)

PPWR-compliant export packaging for the EU.

Our export packaging for EU-bound orders is prepared in line with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) - we meet its requirements, and the relevant compliance documentation can be provided with your shipment.
